Call forwarding is a premium feature that is only available with the Talkatone Plus subscription. Talkatone Plus is only $3.99 USD per month and includes call forwarding, a non-expiring phone number & advanced voicemail.
You can subscribe to Talkatone Plus by going to the settings menu within Talkatone. Then, scroll down to "Talkatone Plus" and select the "$3.99/month" icon.
