Talkatone is not connecting to my WiFi. What do I do?

We believe that your WiFi network is blocking connections to our servers.

If you are experiencing connection problems on a home WiFi network, please read the following:

Recently, we observed that users with OpenDNS configured on their routers experience a problem with connection. We are currently working on the root cause identification and its elimination. As a workaround, you can try to configure an alternative DNS server on your router (e.g. Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4)

You can also change the DNS settings directly on your device.
