At Talkatone, we understand the importance of communications services in keeping you connected, productive and safe during these difficult times. As we navigate through uncharted territory with the COVID-19 pandemic, we want you to know that Talkatone is there for you.
The entire Talkatone team is now working from home, but that isn’t preventing us from continuing to provide connectivity. Talkatone’s cloud-based service operates from multiple redundant data centers, is designed to be resilient, and can be fully managed by our employees even as they work remotely.
We have also temporarily suspended our policy of cancelling accounts when there is 30 days of no calling or texting activity. From March 24, 2020 until May 15, 2020 (which may be extended at Talkatone’s sole discretion), no Talkatone accounts will be cancelled for non-use in order to make sure your account is available when you need it.
