How do I cancel my account?

We are sorry you are choosing to close your account. Please note, Talkatone is a FREE service, and all calls & text messages to US/Canada are free.You can now close your own account by following these instructions.

First, go to the settings menu.

Then, scroll down to close account.

Next, read the prompts and confirm that you want to close your account.

If you decide to delete your current account please bear in mind the following:

1.- You won't be able to link the same cellphone number, email address, or Facebook account you used previously.

2.- Once your account is closed, you won't be able to reactivate the account, access any data, or retrieve your old phone number.
