I cannot hear Call or Message notifications, how do I fix this? (iOS)

If you don't receive sound for incoming calls or texts, please try to verify the following:

1. On your iDevice settings, tap Notifications, scroll down to Talkatone and tap Talkatone. Make sure the Allow Notifications feature is ON. Please make sure all Alerts are checked. (see video tutorial below)

2. If this doesn't help, please check your volume settings on your iDevice.

While you are on Talkatone, try the buttons on the side of your iDevice. 

3. If you are using an iPad, make sure that the iPad is not muted. Please follow this link (iPad Support) to Apple's support pages for instructions on how to fix this.

4. Alternatively, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app again and restart your device.
